Supreme Court weighs case of disabled child and medical malpractice award

She suffers seizures and periodically requires suctioning of her airway. U.S. Department of Health and Human Services

U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, on February 5, 2013, came out with its report titled “Billions of Federal Tax Dollars Wasted Annually by New York’s Medicaid Program.” It outlines examples of problems in New York’s Medicaid Program and the history of waste and abuse of the program. The report outlined six specific steps that
CMS and New York can take to protect taxpayer dollars from being misspent through New York’s Medicaid program.
